In 2011, two Squamish locals set out to create a market-style event that fosters vintage, handmade and artisan culture, as well as build a new community of designers, makers and indie shop owners.
Armed with creativity, a calculator, and an unquenchable desire to deliver one-of-a-kind event experiences, Shannon Lorenz has been providing professional event design and production for more than 15 years. Her professional approach and unstoppable ambition has earned her a reputation as one of the most accomplished and trustworthy event planners in the Sea to Sky corridor. When she’s not designing her next big day, Shannon can be found mountain biking, globetrotting and spending time outdoors with her family of five.
Rachel Boguski landed her first event production gig in 2002 with Art Toronto, Canada's international fair for modern and contemporary art. Following nearly a decade of working in the art industry, Rachel launched her own communications consultancy and became a sought-after voice for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Rachel continues to advocate for artists, and live out her passion of building community through well-crafted language and experiences. Thrifting, listening and time at her off-grid getaway rank high on her priority list.
