+ Venue + Directions
The Market is located along West Vancouver’s waterfront between 14th Street and 16th Street on Argyle Avenue. View on map. Street parking is available close to the market site. A map will be provided closer to the event date.
Ambleside Park: Parking is available daily. Directions: Exit from 16th Street and turn right onto Bellevue Avenue. Turn right on 13th Street to enter the Ambleside Park. The park is about a 5-10 minute walk from the Market site.

Set-up: 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Market set-up will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, with vehicles allowed on site between 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. only. All vendors must be market ready at 3:30 p.m. each day.
Vendors are welcome to access their site without a vehicle any time after 12 p.m.
A load-in schedule with detailed information will be provided before the market date. Once you are assigned a time you will have a maximum of 30 minutes to move in and off the site.
If you require vehicle access to load in, times will range from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please let us know by Wednesday, June 26 if you plan to use a vehicle for load-in access.
The Market will provide one on-site security person per block with two in total. These guards will continually monitor each block but cannot be responsible to watch individual tents. Do not leave cash or valuables in your tent at night. Vendors will not be required to take down each night, however vendors will be responsible for closing and zipping up tent walls in the evening and removing them in the morning.
Tear-down will begin at 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 8 with vehicle access no earlier than 10:30 p.m., or when it is safe to do so, until complete. You can walk out your work at 9 p.m. when the market closes, and it is recommended to do so if possible to avoid delays due to vehicle access and traffic. All cars need to be “walked in” with festival chaperones (staff/volunteers) for safety. If you plan to use your vehicle for load-out please advise us in advance. Refresh staff will provide on-site instruction and grant permission for access. Please note all vendors will be required to oversee the cleanup of their space after strike. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of $150.

+ Lighting, Power + Supplies
One utility light or power source will be in each 10 x 10 space to improve general visibility; note this is not intended to be display lighting. Please inform us if you require more power, there may be an additional charge for additional power.
Each tent has an outlet with a maximum draw of 200 watts. Additional power may be an option depending on your total wattage need per. One power outlet is available in each tent. If you wish to plug in more than one cord please bring an extension cord or power bar.
One 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided in each booth.
Please note that although the street is paved, it does slope slightly downward to the north side of the street (the “back” of each tent) for drainage. If you are concerned that your display needs to be 100% level, please bring shims.

There is no WiFi available on site. Please ensure you have the appropriate data plan and tools to accept your preferred methods of payment.
