Welcome to Refresh! We are excited to have you in our November 15 & 16 winter market lineup. We have created a convenient vendor participation kit here to provide you with useful information and tips as you prepare for the market.

Please do not announce your participation until our full lineup is released.


We accept vendor payments by Interac e-Transfer electronic money transfer only to the email address refreshmarketsquamish@gmail.com. Please use the password 'Refresh'. Please also leave your business name in the notes section.

+ Venue + Directions

West Coast Railway Heritage Park 39645 Government Road (Map) The market will take place within the venue with some outdoor vendors and food trucks.

+ Parking

A traffic management plan will be in place during the event. Vendors are asked to park in the main parking lot. No-parking zones will be roped off. Please do not park in roped no parking zones and be aware of the mini rail tracks. All food trucks and outside vendors will be placed upon arrival.

+ Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted within the venue; please leave your furry friend behind.

+ Accommodations

We have secured a special rate at the Executive Suites Hotel and Resort of $111/studio. Please use the code 'Refresh' when booking. Note this rate may only be booked by contacting the hotel directly.


+ Set-up Hours

Friday, November 15
Set-up: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Saturday, November 16
Set-up: 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

+ Load-In

We are coordinating a structured vendor load-in within these hours. All vendors must be market-ready by 3:30 p.m. on Friday and 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Vendors will receive a load-in schedule and floor plan during the week of the event.

+ Overnight

The venue will be locked and secured overnight, and overnight security will be in place. We do encourage you not to leave items of high value in your space. Doors will open to vendors at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. Refresh Market is not responsible for any damages or theft that may occur.



Refresh Market swag bags attract lineups of shoppers before doors open to the public. Swag bags are given out each day to the first 5o in line. Swag bag  participation is mandatory for all market vendors. Swag items are requested by Friday, October 11.

+ What to contribute

Swag items can include product samples or minis, or small on-brand gifts. Common items include jewelry, key rings, lip balms, soaps, artist cards and prints and small food items. Discount codes or offers may be included but are not considered swag items. Full size product may be considered in place of 50 swag items. Swag related questions can be answered here.

+ Lighting, Power + Supplies

Power is available throughout the venue. While access to power outlets is not guaranteed, most vendors are able to access a power source with the help of an extension cord. Please bring an extension cord and consider whether your display may need additional lighting. Please also ensure your cord is secured properly so that it does not become a tripping hazard.

Please bring your own linen as well as anything else required to set up our space and move your inventory (such as a dolly) as move-in equipment is not provided. Please also ensure you have everything you need, such as dollies, scissors and tape, to ensure a smooth load in.

+ Food and Beverage

Food trucks will be on site throughout the market and a private seating area reserved for Refresh vendors with access to water will be set up behind CarBC. There will be free coffee for vendors on Friday and Saturday morning. Food truck menus will be linked here.

+ Sales

Vendors are encouraged to accept all payment types at Refresh Market. For added convenience, an ATM is located within the venue for cash payments. Please keep in mind that WiFi is not available at this venue. Please ensure you have the appropriate data plan and tools to accept your preferred methods of payment.
